Party pack questions
What is a Jumpitoy party pack?
A party pack is a set of gifts for each child at a birthday or event: one main gift plus one or two extra gifts. You choose the gifts once, tell us how many children are coming, and every child takes home the same pack.
How many packs do I need to order?
The minimum is 5 packs. Order one pack per child. If a gift cannot cover the number of packs you ask for, the page tells you how many we can supply from stock.
How does the party discount work?
The discount is automatic, with no code. You get 20% off when your cart has 10 or more party gifts, which is 5 packs with one extra gift each. You get 35% off when your cart has 40 or more party gifts, which is 20 packs with one extra gift each.
The discount applies to the gifts on this page and shows in your cart and at checkout.
Can I order different packs for boys and girls?
Yes. Build the boys' packs and add them to your cart, then build the girls' packs. The discount counts every party gift in your cart together, so a mixed party reaches the higher discount just as fast.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free in Dubai and across the UAE on orders over AED 200. At today's prices a party order of 5 packs or more is above that amount, so party orders ship free.
Is there a free gift from Jumpitoy?
Yes. Orders of 20 packs or more (40 or more party gifts) come with a free gift from Jumpitoy. Our team adds it when we pack your order.
When should I order for a party on a fixed date?
Delivery times are shown at checkout. For a party on a fixed date, order a few days ahead. If the date is close, message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 803 7572 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
Can I order for a school, nursery or company event?
Yes. The party pack builder works for class parties and events as well as birthdays. For larger quantities than the page allows, see our partners and wholesale page or email info@jumpitoy.com.
