This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery of products purchased from Jumpitoy (“Jumpitoy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website, jumpitoy.com.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Delivery Policy. This Delivery Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Delivery Coverage
We provide delivery services throughout the United Arab Emirates.
International deliveries may be arranged upon request or where available at checkout. International deliveries are subject to separate shipping terms, courier availability, customs procedures, import duties, taxes, destination-country regulations, and any restrictions that may apply in the destination country.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, unsafe, impractical, or not supported by our logistics providers.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees may vary depending on:
- Delivery location;
- Product size and weight;
- Order value;
- Product type;
- Delivery method;
- Courier or logistics provider;
- Special handling requirements;
- International shipping requirements, where applicable.
Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Promotional free delivery offers, if available, may be subject to specific terms, locations, minimum order values, or time limits.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery dates or delivery timeframes are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery schedules may be affected by factors including, but not limited to:

- Courier delays;
- Building access restrictions;
- Weather conditions;
- Public holidays;
- High-demand seasons;

- Customs procedures;

We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to update the customer where possible.
4. Customer Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at the time of placing an order.
This may include:
- Full name;
- Phone number;
- Email address;
- Complete delivery address;
- Building name;
- Apartment, villa, office, or unit number;
- Floor number;
- City and emirate;
- Delivery instructions, where applicable.
Jumpitoy is not responsible for failed delivery, delivery delays, additional charges, or lost shipments caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading delivery information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
5. Customer Availability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that either they or their authorized representative is available at the agreed delivery location and time.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, lack of access, or failure to respond to delivery calls or messages, additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or return the order to our facility if delivery cannot be completed after reasonable delivery attempts.
6. Delivery to Authorized Representatives
Delivery may be made to:
- The customer;
- A family member;
- A household member;
- A building receptionist;
- A security guard;
- A building representative;
- A driver;
- An office representative;
- Any individual authorized by the customer.
Delivery to any authorized person at the delivery address shall be deemed valid delivery to the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any person accepting delivery on their behalf is authorized to receive and inspect the order.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the goods and verify:
- Product quantity;
- Product identification;
- Product model, color, size, or variation, where applicable;
- Packaging condition;
- Visible damage;
- Missing parts or accessories;
- Incorrect or incomplete items.
Any visible issue should be reported immediately at the time of delivery where possible.
If the issue is not noticed at the time of delivery, the customer must report damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different products within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Claims relating to visible delivery issues reported after acceptance may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Customers should keep the original packaging, box, tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and proof of delivery until the issue is reviewed.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, please contact us within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number;
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product;
- Photos of the packaging;
- Photos of the shipping label;
- Description of the issue;
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation.
If the claim is approved, we may offer one or more of the following remedies, depending on the situation and applicable law:
- Replacement;
- Repair;
- Exchange;
- Store credit;
- Partial refund;
- Full refund.
Opened boxes or opened product packaging will only be considered for return if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, and the issue is reported within the required timeframe.
9. Proof of Delivery
A signed delivery acknowledgment, electronic delivery confirmation, courier delivery record, delivery photograph, OTP confirmation, WhatsApp confirmation, customer communication, tracking update, or other delivery documentation maintained by Jumpitoy or our logistics provider may serve as evidence that delivery was successfully completed.
Once proof of delivery confirms that the order was delivered to the customer, delivery address, or authorized representative, the order will be considered delivered.
10. Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss, damage, theft, misuse, or deterioration of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of the goods by the customer or their authorized representative.
After delivery is completed, customers are responsible for safely storing and handling the products.
This does not affect any rights the customer may have under our Refund Policy or applicable consumer protection laws in relation to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different products.
11. Building Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for obtaining any building permits, access permissions, elevator bookings, loading bay approvals, security approvals, management permissions, or other access arrangements required for delivery.
Any delay or failed delivery caused by lack of access, unavailable elevators, building restrictions, security refusal, incorrect access details, or missing approvals shall not constitute a delivery failure by Jumpitoy.
Additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to access issues.
12. Large, Bulky, or Special Handling Items
Some products may require special handling due to size, weight, fragility, packaging, or delivery location.
Customers must inform us in advance if the delivery location has:
- No elevator access;
- Narrow staircases;
- Restricted entry;
- Limited parking;
- Security restrictions;
- Special delivery timing rules;
- Access limitations for couriers or delivery vehicles.
If special handling, additional manpower, or special delivery arrangements are required, extra charges may apply.
13. Assembly, Installation, or Placement
Unless expressly stated on the product page, invoice, order confirmation, or written communication from Jumpitoy, delivery does not include assembly, installation, product setup, wall mounting, battery installation, toy assembly, or placement services.
Where assembly, installation, positioning, or placement services are provided, customers are responsible for verifying the final placement, setup, or condition before our team leaves the premises.
Any relocation, reassembly, or additional service requested after completion may be subject to additional charges.
Customers are responsible for supervising children and following all manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, and age recommendations after delivery.
14. Courier and Third-Party Shipments
Where delivery is performed through third-party logistics providers or courier companies, delivery shall be subject to the carrier’s transportation procedures, delivery schedules, operational policies, and service limitations.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, courier restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party logistics providers, except where required by applicable law.
Customers may be required to cooperate with the courier by answering calls, confirming location, providing access, or presenting identification where requested.
15. International Deliveries
For international orders:
- Delivery times are estimates only;
- Customs clearance times are beyond our control;
- Import duties, customs charges, VAT, local taxes, brokerage fees, clearance costs, and destination charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing;
- Delivery may be delayed or refused by customs or local authorities;
- Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries;
- Customers are responsible for checking whether the product can be legally imported into the destination country before placing an order.
Jumpitoy is not responsible for customs delays, rejected imports, local restrictions, unpaid duties, or additional destination-country charges.
If an international shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned due to customer refusal, customs issues, unpaid duties, or import restrictions, any refund will be subject to our Refund Policy and may exclude shipping fees, customs charges, return shipping costs, processing fees, and other non-refundable charges.
16. Pre-Order, Custom, and Special Products
Pre-order, custom, personalized, special order, or specially sourced products may require extended processing, production, sourcing, or delivery periods.
Estimated completion and delivery dates for such products are indicative only and may vary depending on:
- Supplier availability;
- Production requirements;
- Customization details;
- Import or customs procedures;
- Quality checks;
- Logistics timelines;
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Once production, personalization, sourcing, or special preparation has started, cancellation, return, or refund may be restricted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
17. Product Characteristics and Packaging
Products sold by Jumpitoy may vary slightly from website images or descriptions due to:
- Screen settings;
- Photography lighting;
- Monitor calibration;
- Product packaging updates;
- Supplier or manufacturer updates;
- Batch differences;
- Color or material variations;
- Minor design updates.
Such minor differences shall not be considered defects if the product remains materially consistent with the description and intended use.
Customers should review product details, age suitability, size, color, dimensions, safety warnings, and compatibility before placing an order.
18. Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the order, lack of building access, failure to answer calls, or missing delivery approvals, we may arrange a re-delivery subject to availability and additional charges.
If the customer repeatedly fails to accept delivery or cannot be reached, we may cancel the order and process any applicable refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Delivery fees, return shipping fees, payment processing fees, storage fees, or other non-refundable costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters;
- Fire, flood, storm, or extreme weather;
- Government actions or restrictions;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Customs delays;
- Labor disputes;
- War, civil unrest, or terrorism;
- Public health emergencies;
- Courier or logistics disruptions;
- Supplier delays;
- Internet, payment, or technical failures;
- Similar events beyond our reasonable control.
20. Limitation of Liability
Our liability relating to delivery shall be limited to the value of the purchased goods, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Under no circumstances shall Jumpitoy be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from delivery-related matters, delays, failed delivery attempts, third-party courier actions, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this Delivery Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
