Shipping & Returns
- Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- For standard returns, the product box/package must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Opened boxes/packages are not eligible for return, unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description.
- If the box/package has been opened and the product is damaged or defective, the issue must still be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase, order details, and clear photos/videos where applicable.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Jumpitoy.
