Activision has officially released the first trailer for “Call of Duty Black Ops 6”. This trailer can be viewed on the Xbox YouTube channel. In another announcement, Microsoft confirmed that “Call of Duty Black Ops 6” will be officially added to the Xbox Game Pass service. There had been rumors about this, and the official press release has finally been issued.
The live-action trailer for “Call of Duty Black Ops 6” brings back memories of past games. The trailer closely resembles the older Black Ops games. It begins with a character who bears a striking resemblance to former US President Bill Clinton. The discussions revolve around covering up the war and lying to the American public. Next, an Arabic-speaking individual appears, who resembles Saddam Hussein, suggesting that the rumors about the Gulf War setting are true.

The geographic coordinates on the trailer cover have also sparked controversy. Entering these coordinates into Google Maps directs you to Saddam’s palace, indicating that Saddam Hussein, the former dictator of Iraq, might be the antagonist in Black Ops 6. Other political figures such as George Bush and Margaret Thatcher also appear, suggesting that Activision is focusing on the political aspect of the Gulf War and featuring real-life characters for the first time in a long while.
Political Campaign in Call of Duty Black Ops 6
In a separate announcement, Microsoft stated that “Call of Duty Black Ops 6” will be added to the Game Pass service at launch. Enthusiasts, whether on PC or Xbox consoles, will not need to purchase the game separately. Just having a Game Pass subscription will grant access to the game, allowing millions of Game Pass users to play the new Call of Duty on the first day of its release. The game’s story campaign is expected to be open-world, and the images and trailers suggest that Activision has prepared special content.
The return of Black Ops also means the return of the Zombies mode. Treyarch Studios, known for developing this mode, is behind it, and it remains to be seen how it has been designed.
